If I had to describe myself in a few words, I'd probably say:

They might sound like quite different qualities.
But together they sum up how I approach the work I do. Whether I'm helping a couple plan their wedding, creating a ceremony, hosting an event, providing entertainment, or supporting a family through a difficult time, I think people remember how you make them feel just as much as what you actually do.
For me, that means listening properly, understanding what matters to the people in front of me, and then using my experience and organisational skills to help bring everything together.
